This is an anglophone site mostly made from the interviews of several American wine growers, which makes it quite reliable regarding the accuracy and use of the terms, thought the author claims it is not flawless.
Finally, the three terms seem correct and widely used, but I discarded "viticulture" because it seems to refer to the theoretical aspect of wine growing as a science, and I chose "wine growing" because it appears in official sources, whereas vine growing (and "grape growing") do not.

VERC - SUSTAINABLE VITICULTURE PRACTICES IN THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY OF CALIFORNIA
A three-year study (1990-92) was conducted in western Fresno County to investigate the effects of cover crops, nitrogen fertilization, and leaf removal not only on yield and quality parameters, but also on population patterns of arthropod pests and their natural enemies.
Some problems which have been associated with conventional viticulture are 1) pest resistance to pesticides and potential residues on grapes; 2) soil compaction; 3) poor water infiltration; 4) soil erosion; 5) low organic matter in the soil; 6) excessive water use; and 7) excessive nitrogen fertilization and nitrate leaching.
Viticultural data (details below) were collected from 10 vines located in the middle of each plot.

Walla Walla Valley VINEA - Q & A: Sustainable Viticulture
Sustainability is based on the premise that we must meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Because it is more a philosophical approach to viticulture than a set of farming practices, the specific practices vary depending on the specific environmental and social issues important to an appellation.
Therefore, it is important that all of those interested in making viticulture more sustainable – consumers, growers, environmentalists, farm workers, winemakers, retailers – educate themselves on the related issues.

Viticulture and Viniculture in the Turfan Region
Viticulture reached its apex in the ancient world in the Greco-Roman era where grape cultivation, wine making, and special drinking paraphernalia were encased in a complex set of rituals, and where the Dionysus-Bacchus cult made drinking an essential component of public festivals [McGovern 2003; Unwin 1991: 94-133].
Therefore, viticulture and eventually viniculture came with the elaboration of the Silk Road.

Viticulture - Bouchaine - Carneros - Napa Valley
Viticulture is the cultivation of grapes, especially for winemaking.
A vine can have too much fruit for the amount of vegetation and is ‘over cropped’ or it can have too little fruit for the vegetation and is ‘under cropped.’ Interestingly enough, both imbalances result in the same problem: unripe grapes.
All of these efforts are designed to lightly stress the vines early in their growth cycle to limit their vegetative production (See Viticulture) and to uniformly ripen small yields of wine grapes with intense flavors and phenolic (color and tannin) concentration.
