		what u can do is record a special alert using ur 7650 recorder (go to extras), u can probably say the name of the person or even have the person record his voice saying soimething like "hi this is sean, pick up your phone!" and assign that as the ringtone of your contact.
		i think it would not be a development prospect for programmers bec there is already such a recorder in the 7650 that can produce.amrs, which you can use as ringtones, and the quality is quite ok. besides the recording of voice tags is really poor.
