		I am having trouble trying to figure which engine this is, as there are no stickers on it anymore.
		The B18/20 is a older pushrod engine and the B21 is an overhead cam engine.
		The 125 was installed with no front engine mount like the AQ130 but many of the other overhead cam engines like the AQ140 use a front engine mount.

		If your considering converting a normally aspirated engine to turbo power, the engine block assembly from a B21A or B23A carburetor motor is a good choice as it already features lower compression pistons.
		If the engine is dissasembled, an option is to drill a large hole through the block and insert an oil return tube.
		Due to approx 15 deg engine angle, a turbo oil drain line needs to be positioned as high up as possible so oil has an unrestricted flow back to the sump, not trying the impossible of bubbling through below the sump oil level.

		Volvo developed a damper assembly that fits onto exhaust cam that was retrofitted to 92's (if it was being taken to a dealer AND the technical service bulletin was performed) and was factory-fitted to 93's that allowed the 21mm wide belt to last 30K due to less cyclic loading on belt.
		It is not as difficult as the belt on the 2.3 ltr 4 cyl engine.
		A normal byproduct of a normal engine operation is "blow-by", or a slight leakage of combustion gases by the piston rings and into the crankcase.

		The belt will still be loose until you turn the engine over, but after the pulley has turned a few times the AC belt should be tight.
		I dunno what the oil spec is for your engine at this time of year where you live, but I'd err to the heavy side if the manual gives you two choices, i.e., if the manual says both 15-40 and 20-50 are the right weights for your weather, I'd pick the 20-50.

	Volvo B21 Engine Tips
		My own problem was that the mechanical fuel pump started to dribble 'gunge' out of the small (drain?) hole on the lower part of the pump casting.
		I had visions of diaphragm failure slowly leaking petrol into the sump, but it was only engine oil being blown out by pressure which in turn was caused by a clogged flame trap up on the cam cover.
		I admit I preferred the 144 except for the 244GL's overdrive, sunroof, height-adjustable leather seats and the (RHD) driver's footwell vent.

		I was attempting to tell you we are not very Volvo literate here and we have no idea what the B230F engine is or the differences between it and the B21.
		Granted, The Stahl headers look awesome, but I'm not fully engine literate so I don't know if the B21 header would have bolted up to the B230 but from the pic it looks like it does.
		I also went with Unitek since Mike explained to me all the different header options that work with different engine combos and I wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting.

		The big problem is the old B2000 motor is mounted in >upright and the B2100F is mounted in on a slant.
		Should work O.K. The B18/20 oil pan and pump bolt on to the B21 and then it's upright.
