		Colorado State Patrol Trooper Jeff Vrbas said 21-year-old Gilberto Landeros-Leyva, of Gypsum, was driving a semi-truck full of beer kegs and alcohol north on Colo. 131 when he rounded a curve at a high speed, lost control and tipped over onto a Ford F-250 Super Duty driven by Doug Johnson, 37, of Edwards.
		Vrbas said the company's manager told Vrbas that Landeros-Leyva was not familiar with that stretch of road but was familiar with driving such loads for the company.
		Vrbas said use of drugs and alcohol is not suspected in the accident.

		Two clinics were operating in the Vrbas area: at the health center in the downtown area which covers the largest number of patients and offers the widest variety of services, and the clinic in the “old Vrbas” part of the town covering a somewhat smaller area, offering basic health services.
		Although the Municipality had started to solve the problem by adapting a building designated for a new health clinic, this facility lacked the necessary medical equipment and furniture to function as a clinic.
		In addition to the health aspect, this project also has an economic side to it, as the opening of the new clinic stipulates creating 9 new positions (2 doctors, 2 dentists, 4 nurses, 1 janitor).

		The Coalition for Vrbas River Protection and the NGO Young Researchers of Banja Luka organized a gathering of campaign supporters in Banja Luka's main town square to disseminate leaflets detailing negative impacts of Hydropower Plants (HPPs) and progress in their campaigns.
