Vuk Drašković (Вук Драшковић) (November 29, 1946) is a Serbian politician who is presently the temporary Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia.
Vuk and Danica married on June 10, 1974, and according to those close to the couple, she became the most important figure in his life, both personally and professionally.
She was by his side at all the street protests he later became famous for, and from the very beginning she wielded a lot of power in her husband's political party, SPO.

Yesterday's shooting of Vuk Draskovic, the leader of the main Serbian opposition party, was just the latest in a string of usually successful assassinations of high profile people that really began earlier this year with the gangland style killing of Arkan, the notorious paramilitary leader and Belgrade 'organised crime' figure.
But unlike the wives of all the former targets, the day after the attack Mrs Draskovic wasn't weeping by a coffin, she was showing the media around the house, pointing out the still uncleaned blood-splattered floor tiles and loudly denouncing the Milosovic regime.
