Note: WAA performances by proficiency category were not collected before November 2002 so combined WAA and WKCE results are not available (NA) before that time.
WAA (Wisconsin Alternate Assessments) are standards-based alternatives to WKCE tests at grades 4, 8, and 10 and consist of DPI-approved protocols and rubrics for the local collection and local scoring of student work.
Beginning with November 2002 results, performances on WKCE and WAA are reported according to the same four proficiency categories: advanced, proficient, basic, minimal performance.

Jeff Lee, President of WAA opened the session by stating the purpose of these sessions which is to increase community involvement in the WAA and to inform the community of important developments in aviation whether they are local, state or national.
