 | | Notwithstanding these penalties the General Manager, WAFL, shall be entitled to remit either, in whole or in part, so much of any penalty as may be imposed on a club, as he considers fair and reasonable in the circumstances. |
 | | In the case of an offence subsequent to a third offence the General Manager, WAFL, shall refer the question of penalty with a full report of the matter to the WAFL Management who may impose such penalty as they in their absolute discretion may determine, including but not limited to forfeiture of premiership points. |
 | | At a hearing before the WAFL General Manager and the WAFL Management the club against whom the complaint is made may select a representative who has been appointed as such in writing under the hand of the President of the club provided that such representative shall not be a legal practitioner. |
