WIWB's main lobe for their digital signal is pointing towards Suring, almost in the exact opposite direction of Sheboygan.
It was their only option to locate to that community tower and still get the FCC required signal strength to Suring, their city of license, yet get a better signal over the majority of the market.
Whats really weird is I can receive WIWB 14 at my parents cabin in northern Forest County, but not in Sheboygan.

WIWB TV-14 in Green Bay, Wisc., couldn't get broadband service--the building was out of range of DSL, and, being in a business park instead of a residential neighborhood, there was no cable service.
Prices are typically comparable to DSL or cable service, with the WISP offering a sliding scale of minimum transmission speeds that are "burstable" to higher speeds if the bandwidth is available.
Rene Preston, co-owner of TenMegs.com (which services WIWB) noted that an office with a Wi-Fi wireless LAN could, in some cases, get online immediately by connecting one of its wireless routers to an outside antenna.

A Review of The Phantom Tollbooth
Though issued in the act's homeland around the time Brit folkies Parchment and Nutshell were considered marketable Stateside, the compositional ambition and lyrical themes here may have been the factors that have kept it have kept it a horrifically collectible import LP.
Water Into Wine Band, to my knowledge, never recorded stidio work after this, but they left a splendid legacy with what little they put on tape.
Should the double-CD reissue of WIWB's first long player (with both U.K. and U.S. mixes), expect my review to run here.

Water Into Wine Band - Harvest Time
Their "live" set of largely introspective story-songs and debut album 'Hill Climbing For Beginners' soon established the group on the fledgling Jesus Music scene alongside the likes of Malcolm and Alwyn and Parchment.
After graduation in 1974 WIWB turned professional and, by alternating between church coffee bars and the increasingly popular folk club scene, their future looked promising.
However, after undertaking a five week tour of the American mid-west and east coast the penniless and tired troubadours performed their swan song during a Greenbelt rainstorm in August1976.
