		I believe that the wmf exploit was left im by microsoft mainly because of the amount of checking there would of been earlier, i can also confirm its still affecting windows.
		WMF is one of the few technologies that has been stagnating around for a long time, and its clear from Mark's analysis that the it's close ties to the GDI are the root of this exploit, and nothing more.

		the wordtests dir is a set of wmf files outputted from sample runs of libwv, the png binding doesnt currently do text, but it will once ive merged code from a tcl binding to gd that understands the truetype format.

		The WMF flaw, which Microsoft says it became aware of December 27, can allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code when a vulnerable computer opens a maliciously crafted WMF file, which is used in Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer, Paint, and other imaging programs.
		Security researchers say the WMF flaw is a serious problem, and that things are going to get worse in the coming days as groups of malicious hackers rush to create new tools to exploit the flaw ahead of Microsoft's patch next Tuesday.
