Nexstar, Sinclair Ink Shared Sales Deal Nexstar Broadcasting Group and Sinclair Broadcast Group announced Monday the two companies have entered into a joint sales and shared services agreement for their respective stations in Rochester, N.Y. Through the agreement, WROC-TV, Nexstar’s CBS affiliate, will provide sales and other non-programming services to WUHF-TV, Sinclair’s Fox affiliate in the market.
