		WVTM, currently known on air as NBC13, runs more than 35 hours of local news a week along with NBC network news.

		WVTM (NBC) reception can be great but the signal is often problematic (numerous problems - audio / video sync, 50% fled out screen, 4:3 SD broadcast of 16:9 HD programming, etc.).
		I have the same problems with both the OTA reception and Charter HD reception; thus it must relate to their broadcast rather than my individual OTA system.
