This would be a draft via lottery, where the two general managers from each brand would randomly select six Superstars from the other roster (although, as part of the storyline, the randomness of the lottery is disputed).
Chris Jericho and Stephanie McMahon are ineligible for the draft due to their match that night with Triple H for the WWF Undisputed Championship.
Stacy's status with the WWE is unknown after she is done with her appearances, although recent interviews by Stacy indicate that she might never return to the WWE and will wait for her contract to run out.

The second WWE Draft Lottery is done, and huge changes have been made to both rosters.
The full lineage of the WWE and WCW titles, good and bad, is in the belt that Cena is wearing (Not that specific version, the bling-bling, pimped-out ghetto championship belt he made, but it is still the title he represents).
I know that the WWE has already tried and failed with this idea, but I think that if new stables formed or if old school ones were revived, maybe this could help the ratings a bit.

The WWE draft lottery (for any new WWE viewers) is when the two general managers of Smackdown and Raw come together (usually on Raw) and select certain superstars to change from Raw to Smackdown, and Smackdown to Raw.
On Smackdown, WWE could have their Cena-Orton match, and although it probably wouldn't be very anticipated by the IWC, it could generate some revenue for the WWE.
