Using the Stardream cover cardstock (in either Quartz or Opal colors)...I spritzed the Stardream cardstock liberally with walnut ink, then spritz water on top of it and hit it with the heat gun to speed dry.
Walnut ink, on the other hand is much more brown and it was so much fun to paint, spatter and redo my tea-stained paper.
You can sponge the ink on cardstock, paint it on (it's very watery), spatter with alcohol (very cool, otherwordly designs with that), mist with water (much more subtle dots), or spatter the ink onto cardstock.
