Skopje, July 19 - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia Slobodan Casule and Secretary General of the Council of Europe Walter Schwimmer, who is paying an official visit to Macedonia, signed yesterday a Memorandum, which includes additional provisions on the Council of Europe presence in Macedonia, MIA reported.
Schwimmer congratulated the Republic of Macedonia on its successful Presidency of the Central European Initiative, expressing hope that the cooperation between the Council of Europe and Macedonia would continue.
As the Prime Minister's Cabinet announced, referring to last-year's developments and the implementation of the Framework Agreement, Georgievski informed Schwimmer that the last-year's crisis was an example of multiethnic coexistence and briefed him on the achieved results in the reforms among the countries from South-eastern Europe.

Schwimmer and his team found that nearly a third of the women diagnosed as having PCOS had higher-than-normal levels of ALT, indicating the presence of liver disease.
