 Wolf Family Genealogy
Walter Wolf was a "jack-of-all-trades" with an eighth-grade education.
Walter's children remember their youth as a time of "doing without." The Great Depression added to the family's economic woes and to the straining of relations between Walter and his children, as he insisted from very early on that they take odd-jobs to help support the family.
Walter's separation from the family also contributed to the relative lack of contact between the Colorado and California branches of the Wolf family.
