		RANGE AND HABITAT: Warmouth sunfish are native to Ohio, but their distribution is limited to glaciated streams and lakes in the northeast part of the state.

		If Warmouths have a safe place to hide and provided they will not fit in any mouths, they can be put in with larger, more aggressive fish such as Bass, Oscars or Bluegills, although they will not be as competitive as these other fish when it comes to feeding time.
