Warren is a town and the seat of a local government area, Warren Shire, on the Macquarie River in north western New South Wales, Australia.
Warren is one of the main centres for the wool and cotton growing industries in New South Wales.
The population of the shire at 30 June 2004 was estimated by the Australian Bureau of Statistics to be 3282 people.

The original cemetery is now Plot I, Rows A and B; the remainder of the cemetery was made after the Armistice by the concentration of graves from the battlefields East and South of Bancourt and from certain British and German cemeteries.
