Warren Jeffs was arrested Monday when Nevada state troopers pulled his SUV over during a routine traffic stop.
Because of the concerns about bail, federal prosecutors in Arizona said they would not drop charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, as is often done after the capture of a fugitive from state charges.
One of those cases, however, seems to be in jeopardy after the alleged victim refused to testify Tuesday at the statutory rape trial of the man she married as a 16-year-old.

Justice Warren declared that a suspect must always be told his or her rights because "the defendant who does not ask for counsel is the very defendant who needs counsel." This controversial ruling upset many people who believed the court was giving the upper hand to criminals.
Warren simply felt that "it was no business of Government to compose official prayers for any group of American people to recite." This meant that there would be no more Bible readings or Lord's Prayer allowed in any public classrooms.
Warren believes that although "most of these problems could have been solved through the political process rather than through the courts," the wheels of justice simply turned faster and with more strength when the court stepped in.

Decisions were made by the electorate by the state of Arizona that would preempt some of the cities taxing authorities and in return they chose to have the state be the collection agency so percentages established these initiatives saying certain percent of income tax and sails tax would be shared with the cities and towns.
I think will make Arizona proud and it is a very big deal for the mystery series because it's the first one they shot outside great Britain in the history.
