Warwick (pronounced /ˈwɒɹɪk/) is the historic county town of Warwickshire in England and has a population of 25,434 (2001 census).
The University of Warwick is somewhat confusingly named after the 'county' of Warwickshire, rather than the town, and is in fact situated several miles north on the southern outskirts of Coventry.
Warwick is also known for Warwick Racecourse, near the west gate of the medieval town which hosts several televised meets a year.

The district comprises the towns of Warwick itself, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Whitnash, and also includes the surrounding rural areas.
The district was created on 1 April 1974, by a merger of the former Leamington Spa and Warwick municipal boroughs, the Kenilworth urban district and the Warwick Rural District.

 USCA1 Opinion 03-1988
At stake is whether Warwick must continue to pay N.B.'s tuition at Pathways and whether it must reimburse the B.'s for the tuition that they paid Pathways from September 21, 2000, when Warwick received notice of the due process hearing, until March 5, 2001, when the hearing officer issued her decision.
Warwick argues that our review is for clear error, whereas the plaintiffs argue that our review of the district court opinion is de novo and must accord "due weight" to the hearing officer's decision.
This statement is puzzling because the school district always bears the burden in the due process hearing of showing that its proposed IEP is adequate.

 History
The Rotary Club of Warwick began in 1949 when a number of Warwick businessmen were attracted by the high ideals and concepts of fellowship and community service encouraged by neighboring Rotary clubs.
It was not uncommon to eat one's meal or listen to the guest speaker, while a group of bewildered hotel guests briefly entered the pool area prepared for a swim or sheepishly passed by seated Rotarians on the way to the workout room to begin their day's exercise on treadmills, bikes and weights.
Warwick Rotarians are "hands-on' workers who enjoy being directly involved in Rotary-sponsored projects, whether engaged in fundraising events, building a handicap ramp for a family, cleaning the highway section leading into T F Green Airport or delivering holiday baskets to families in need.
