Halcrow Water Services (HWS) attended the Wallingford Software’s 2004 International Users Conference and contributed with two presentations which highlighted the benefits of using hydraulic models and associated tools to provide both operational solutions to clients in the water sector and assistance to water companies in their long term strategic decision making process.
The Water and Wastewater Europe 2004 Conference and Exhibition was held in Barcelona at the end of May. The conference addressed the challenges facing the water industry in Europe with sessions covering the Water Framework Directive, Private Sector Participation, Water Resources, Treatment Technology, Water Distribution and Demand Management.
