The Town of Waterloo also has a village called Waterloo and is on the west border of the county.
The west town line is the border of Ontario County, New York, and part of the south town line is Seneca Lake.
In the town the population is spread out with 24.5% under the age of 18, 6.5% from 18 to 24, 28.0% from 25 to 44, 22.9% from 45 to 64, and 18.1% who are 65 years of age or older.
