Waverly is a village located in Tioga County, New York, USA.
The Village of Waverly is in the southwest part of the Town of Barton, but it is so close to the state border that the village is part of a much larger community that runs into Bradford County, Pennsylvania, merging with Sayre, Pennsylvania.
The Village of Waverly was incorporated in 1854.
