 | | AMSTERDAM - Chemicals group DSM announced on Monday that it had formed a joint ventures with and Dutch plastics maker Wavin BV for recycling of post-consumer plastics waste. |
 | | The new venture, named Arena Recycling, is a merger of DSM's Reko subsidiary and Wavin, a 50-percent owned unit of Royal Dutch/Shell AS), and will process about 100,000 tonnes of plastics waste per year, making it Europe's largest recycler of post-consumer plastics waste, DSM said. |
