Wooster, Ohio is located on the western edge of the glaciated Allegheny Plateau in central Wayne County in Northeastern Ohio (Figure 3) (White, 1967).
Wooster, Ohio draws water from both bedrock and buried valley aquifers; bedrock aquifers are located in the uplands, and the buried valley aquifer is located in the Killbuck Valley (Crowell, 1979).

Donald Erbland and his wife, Marion (nee Brown) and their three children (Donna, Marsha and Mardon) moved to Wooster, Wayne County, Ohio from North Canton, Ohio in 1946.
The family lived at 730 Forest Dr. until the children were grown, at which time Donald and Marion moved to 1644 Barbara Dr., which they owned until their deaths.
Donald was actually reassigned to the North Canton Office of East Ohio Gas in the late 1940s but the family never left Wooster and Donald commuted to North Canton as part of a car pool of East Ohio employees who lived in Wooster.

I think his confusion was that a muzzleloader is also by definition a rifle and the modern versions look less like a muzzleloader and more like a regular cartridge based rifle.
I was told that the use of a rifle was illegal in Ohio but as I stated a muzzleloader is also a rifle and he said is isn't.
The legal definition of a rifle, which is excluded from use in Ohio, does not include a muzzleloader even though the barrel is rifled.

The purpose of the Ohio Wheat Performance Trial is to evaluate wheat varieties, blends, brands, and breeding lines for yield, grain quality and other important performance characteristics.
Fusarium head scab (FHS) Fusarium head scab (caused by Fusarium graminearum) was assessed in Pickaway Co., Crawford Co. and Wayne Co.on June 4, June 15 and June 18, respectively, when plants were in the late milk to soft dough growth stage (Feekes growth stage 10.5.4 to 11.1).
Disease severity was greater in Crawford Co. and Wayne Co. than in Pickaway Co. However, varieties responded similarly across all three locations indicating that varieties with lower levels of scab have stable levels of moderate resistance and are predicted to have less scab under moderate levels of disease pressure.
