Anyone who fought in Vietnam can tell you that the war bore little resemblance to this propagandistic action film starring and codirected by John Wayne.
The rest is laughable, especially the mistakes: Wayne parachuting out of plane without hooking up; smashing what is obviously a Mattel toy M-16 against a tree (see the curved "magazine"?); and, of course, the classic ending where the Sun sets in the East.
