		WDA has lots of clients, but we are the agent for only a handful of companies.

		The Welsh Development Agency (WDA) is failing to help deliver the National Assembly for Wales' commitments to increasing renewable energy technologies and sustainable homes in Wales, says WWF Cymru.
		WWF Cymru believes the WDA is standing in the way of what has been described as the "first green powered community in Wales" on the Ely Bridge site in Cardiff, which could lead the way for the whole of Wales.
		Both WWF Cymru and the Welsh School of Architecture (WSA) have studied the application and are disappointed that it falls short of the expectation to construct the first zero carbon energy community in Wales.
