Wei Yili (Simplified Chinese: 魏轶力, pinyin: Wèi Yìlì) (born 24 June 1982) is a female badminton player from the People's Republic of China.
Wei competed for China in badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics in women's doubles with partner Zhao Tingting.
In the quarterfinals, Wei and Zhao beat Lee Hyo-jung and Hwang Yu-mi of Korea 8-15, 15-6, 15-13.

MACAU: World number one and top seed Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia reached the men’s singles semi-finals in convincing fashion at the Macau Open badminton championships but it was the end of the road for the Malaysia doubles pairs at the Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion yesterday.
The 24-year-old Chong Wei, determined to justify his top billing, blew away China’s Bao Chunlai with a superb 21-14, 21-10 win in the quarter-finals.
However, China the women's singles powerhouse in world badminton were given a rude shock yesterday when none of the players made it to the semi-finals after their trio of world No. 1 Zhang Ning, Lu Lan and and Zhu Lin went out in the quarter-finals.
