		Weihenstephan is part of the city of Freising (48,500 inhabitants) north of Munich.
		Here the oldest brewery in the world is located.

		One sniff is all it took to remind me how great Weihenstephaner beer is. At first I thought that it lacked the immediacy and power of a true, yeast-included hefe weizen, but either it's beginning to open up or my nose is. Sweet grain, lightly zesty clove and creamy banana are on glorious display.
