Councillor Bowrah reported that Taunton DBC was proposing to increase car parking charges in Wellington from April 2005 which he was not in favour of because of the affect these would have on shopping/trading in Wellington.
Councillor Byrne suggested that the town council should remain at 28 Fore Street and should not move to a new location as the present one was in the centre of the town.
