		In our conversations with Wells Fargo borrowers around the country and our examinations of their loan paperwork, we have been troubled to find repeated patterns of some of the classic predatory lending practices, as well as some that are unique to Wells Fargo.
		Wells Fargo also makes loans based solely on a homeowner’s equity, even when it is obvious that the homeowner will not be able to afford their payments.
		Wells borrowers are frequently led to believe that the monthly payments they are quoted will take care of property taxes and homeowners insurance (like most of their previous mortgages).
