		Wenzhou (Simplified Chinese: 温州; Traditional Chinese: 溫州; Hanyu Pinyin: Wēnzhōu) is a prefecture-level city with a population of 873,000 in southeastern Zhejiang province, People's Republic of China.
		Wenzhou is in the midst of a development boom.
		It's particularly bold endeavour for Wenzhou with the backdrop of declining FDI in the national level, as well as the fact that the city is short for anything but public funding.
