		West Monroe is the youngest and the second smallest town in Oswego county.
		It lies on the northern shore of Oneida Lake, a little east of the southern-central part of the county, and is bounded on the north by Parish, on the east by Constantia, on the south by the lake, and on the west by Hastings.
		West Monroe is a small village on the Constantia and Fulton road half a mile north of the station on the Midland Railroad.
