WestPymble Bowling and Sports commenced life over forty years ago as a neighbourhood bowling club.
Bowls remains the primary function of the club and there are two top-class greens.
The club is situated at the entrance to the WestPymble Bicentennial Park surrounded by bushland which provides a wonderfully relaxing location in which to enjoy the sport.

Pymble was named after Robert Pymble, one of the early influential settlers of the area, who arrived in Sydney in 1821.
The railway line passed through Robert Pymble’s original land grant close enough to the kitchen window for it to be used as the railway's ticket booth, and hence the suburb was given their name.
Today, Pymble is made up of two suburbs, Pymble and WestPymble, and has a small commercial and retail area concentrated around the station.
