		A manifesto of the Istiqlal (Independence) Party in 1944 was one of the earliest public demands for independence.
		Morocco's claim to sovereignty over the Western Sahara is based largely on a historical argument of traditional loyalty of the Sahrawi tribal leaders to the Moroccan sultan as spiritual leader and ruler.
		The parties were able to set aside some of their differences when, in August 2004, U.S. Senator Richard Lugar led a mission to the region that resulted in the release of 404 Moroccan prisoners of war who had long been held by the Polisario.

	Western Independence Party - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		The Western Independence Party (WIP) is a Canadian political party that advocates the separation from Canada of the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Newfoundland as well as the Yukon and Northwest Territories to form a new country.
		The WIP was formed because the group had grown dissatisfied with the direction of another western separatist party, the federal Western Canada Concept (WCC), lead by Lawyer Douglas Christie of Victoria, B.C. At the party's founding convention in October 1987 in Edmonton, Dr, Fred Marshall was elected interim leader.
		Party policy was adopted at the founding convention and was expanded at a policy convention in Saskatoon in April 1988.

		but no matter what happens with these two parties, separation of both or either province from this socialistic dictatorship called canada is going to take a considerable amount of time.
