		The expressway ring road is a provincial-level road in Beijing municipality.
		All of Beijing's expressways, except for the Jingha Expressway, are interlinked with the 5th Ring Road.
		By mid-2003, half of the ring road was open, from the western end connecting the West Chang'an Avenue to the interchange in the southeast with the Jingjintang Expressway.

	Western People: Ring road to help resolve Ballinrobe’s traffic jams
		Mayo Deputy Michael Ring the Fine Gael Spokesperson on Social and Family Affairs has called on Mayo County Council to immediately resolve the chaotic traffic problems each evening in the town of Ballinrobe.
		In a response to Deputy Ring, the the Director of Services in the Ballinrobe area claimed in most cases the problems were caused by double parking in Bowgate street or parking on double yellow lines in Hill St.
		Deputy Ring called on the Council to consider a relief road or ring road to permanently solve the traffic problems in Ballinrobe and in the immediate future, to urgently provide additional car parking spaces.

		The Western Highway is the principal road link between Melbourne and Adelaide and at Deer Park it carries over 70,000 vehicles per day with 10 per cent of these heavy vehicles.
