the whole fact of the matter is that whalley is trying to put on a front or disguise and is applying for not only a new premier team but also a junior premier team, also saying that their big league cheifs of last year played over 100 games.
when whalley gets their heads out of the sand and realizes whats up and what needs to be done to run a league, then maybe we could consider giving a second chance, but its unlikely to happen.
