BBC - Comedy - Guide - Who Dares, Wins...
A very successful, winning sketch show for C4 that spanned five years and was popular among viewers and critics alike - while being lambasted by the clean-up TV campaigners.
A number of running gags more than made up for this, though, including pandas that were hatching a plan to escape from a zoo, Julia Hills appearing as a nervous, clumsy TV interviewer, and Tony Robinson appearing in the nude, his vital blushes spared only by a hand or a stray object.
'Who Dares Wins', incidentally, was originally an SAS slogan, and had been adopted as the title of a 1982 movie.

 Christopher Michel: Who Dares Wins!
“Who dares wins.” It’s the motto of the British SAS, Her Majesty’s elite military unit.
This call to action is not just applicable to special operations warriors; these three words succinctly articulate the key differentiator between those who bask in the glow of extraordinary achievement and the masses who navigate life with nary a ripple.
An old adage notes that, “One who makes no mistakes never makes anything.” The military is certainly not the entertainment industry, and the consequence for failure in the service is likely to be much, much higher.

Who should be the ones dying?  The ones who fund these operations, pay for the weapons, the explosives and setting them up in the countries they attack.  Ever Sword of Gideon?  A few well trained operatives - track the money and leave a bullet at the end of the trail.  Stop the money.  Economics.
Once we gain the respect of these people (the people who are not doing the bombing but condone them) these bombers seem less reasonable, and will no longer be viewed as heros.
The point is, is that they don't know who they hurt and this is why it's wrong to attack and kill civilians.
