Wikinfo - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Although there are not subdomains on Wikinfo to separate articles of different languages, Wikinfo does welcome articles in languages other than English and requests that articles on the same topic in different languages link to each other.
Rather than adopting a neutral point of view, Wikinfo's policy on a contributor's point of view is to edit for a sympathetic point of view.
Wikinfo also supports signed articles, which are not subject to substantial editing by others and can be released under a license other than the GNU FDL.

Wikinfo makes no attempt to be multilingual, although existing links to Smartpedia articles in other languages are retained in the case of articles copied from Smartpedia.
Some Wikinfo users appreciate the fact that their submissions are not edited as frequently as on Smartpedia.
By the end of November 2004, Wikinfo had over 30,000 articles, most of which have been copied from Smartpedia with minimal modification.

Talk:Wikinfo - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
False information is bad, but the whole /point/ of Wikinfo, as I understand it, is to let viewpoints that differ exist peacefully without infinite battles over the same space.
Also, I don't see the problem with presenting false information (determined by consensus, or majority) written from the NPOV as long as those who posit such claims are identified (and, in that case, as long as they are also marked as non-consensus/non-majority views).
Editors who contemplate editing on Wikinfo should carefully examine those options to ensure they can live with them.

It's called wikinfo (http://www.wikinfo.org), and no IP editing is allowed.
You may ask him whether Wikinfo has signficant vandalism, but that's not the point: we're here to make a good encyclopedia as well.
But if we restrict IP editing - even if we restrict it in some way, like with this blocking policy proposal - we'll get a worse encyclopedia.
