		Let me submit that the reason no one does is that the allegations are coming from a scientific merit point of view, not a intellectual prose point of view, which is the obvious objective of the policy.
		None of those criteria say that we can't have an article because a theory is considered to be pseudoscience by the mainstream scientific community and I support the inclusion of most of the existing "fringe" articles such as cold fusion.
		All existing physical theory is based on the assumption that the universe in which we live is a universe of matter, one in which the fundamental entities are "elementary units" of matter existing in a framework provided by space and time.
