wikipedia:candidates for speedy deletion is now a policy page, though of course we could move it to wikipedia:policy on candidates for speedy deletion.
I have seen many people using the delete test message for speedy deletion candidates which are not covered by the guildelines of that message.
This isn't an eligible candidate for speedy deletion.

He hasn't created that many articles, and it's debatable whether a sub stub is candidate for speedy deletion anyway.
Both have done some great work on finding pages that need to be deleted and I think it would be useful if they had the ability to carry out the deletions themselves.
We've got a fairly simple deletion policy at the moment, but obvious nonsense can certainly be deleted immediately.

Yes, the problem is that the deletion log does not show the content of the article, so people cannot give oversight to whether or not it should have been deleted.
