The buffalo zombie can charge as it did in life, doing 3-18 points of damage impacting and a further 1-4 points of trample damage, though owing to the slower speed of the zombie at least 60’ feet must be covered and the buffalo will be –2 to hit.

 TolkienWiki: Northmen
They were said to be descended from connections of the House of Hador: those who did not accompany their kinsmen into Beleriand in the early FirstAge, and those of the Third House who did not make the journey to Númenor after the War of Wrath.
In the First and Second Ages, the Northmen were spread throughout the mountains of Wilderland and in northern parts of Eriador; those in Wilderland forged a powerful alliance with the Dwarves of the region, while those in Eriador were friendly with the Men of Westernesse.
At the beginning of the ThirdAge, after the defeat of Sauron, the Northmen of Wilderland began to spread east and south along the eaves of ErynLasgalen, and into the valley of the Celduin; another branch settled in the upper Vale of Anduin and forged a Bree-like co-existence with the Hobbits of the region.

After the Dwarves were forced out of the Lonely Mountain by Smaug, many roads in Wilderland fell into disuse or were damaged or destroyed by floods, earthquakes, and encroaching marshland.

The population of "Wilderland," as it was sometimes called, was mostly concentrated in the smaller area east of Mirkwood, and even those who dwelt in the vales of the Anduin seem to have been descended from colonists from that area.
The dominating features of Wilderland are Mirkwood and the plains east of the great forest, which themselves were dominated by the Rivers Celduin and Carnen.
Fonstad deduces that Wilderland had cold winters and mild summers; she rather helplessly hypothesizes (there is little direct evidence for her claim) that Rhovanion mostly consisted of meadows with scattered woodlands.

 Welcome to Self Power
Wilderland certainly had the community life I was looking for, organic gardening and a beautiful setting, but the thing that was most appealing to me was that one of the objectives in the trust deed was to use and promote alternative energy systems.
While the main focus was on gardening and keeping all the old vehicles going, there was time to experiment with alternative energy ideas, and to try and make them work in the difficult community environment.
It soon became apparent that Wilderland was not the place for a C.A.T. type of educational setup, and not long after that the whole community was disrupted by a dispute that would continue for 3 long years.

In the First Age the Elves passed through it during the Great Journey, and much later the Atanatári (Fathers of Men) followed them.
