I met couples in willenhall who have a council house and 3 kids by the age of 20 and only the bloke works 20 hours a week and they claim the rest and complain about how hard life is to them.
i'm not saying everyone in willenhall is like this, but all the young parents think its perfectly acceptable to chain smoke and swear in their kids company and by the age of two the kids have smokers coughs and saying **c* etc.
