  Harvey County
Harvey County is situated on the eastern line of the central belt of counties in the State, about seventy five miles north of the Indian territory, and about one hundred and ten miles south of the Nebraska State line, being only about thirty miles in a southeasterly direction from the geographical center of the State.
Harvey is also the center of population in the "Garden of Kansas" and it chances are favorable that with its superior advantages it will become, eventually, the center of population in the State.
The surface soil of Harvey is similar to that of other counties in the immediate vicinity, being a rich, fl sandy loam, strongly impregnated with gypsum and lime, and varies in depth upon the uplands from two to ten feet, and upon the bottoms from three to thirty feet.

Harvey supplemented his earlier education, received in the public schools of Shawnee county, by a business course at Topeka and by special courses at the State Normal School at Emporia, where he graduated in the class of 1896.
Harvey was educated at the State Normal at Emporia and taught two years prior to her marriage.

In 1886 the Harvey Cedars Beach Co. purchased and mapped the land from Sussex to Bergen avenues.
Harvey Cedars lost some 350 homes, 50 percent of its ratables, and won the unenviable distinction of being the most heavily-damaged town on the New Jersey coast.

The second two names are proven descendants of Harvey Kelley (whom we suspected was actually Elisha DORSEY.) The numbers in each box show the number of pattern repeats for each marker for each man. Finally, the fourth name is my husband who is not related at all to any of the DORSEY/Kelley crowd.
The significance of this match is strengthened by the extremely unusual DORSEY/Kelley values for DYS 389i/389ii (13,31) and a somewhat unusual value for 25 for DYS 390.
