A BRIGHT Direction in Climate Change Congressman Lipinski successfully included language from his bipartisan BRIGHT Energy Savings Act in H.R. 2701, the Transportation Energy Security and Climate Change Mitigation Act of 2007, during the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee hearing in June.
Congressman Lipinski recently held a town hall on Saturday June 16th in Oak Lawn.
Lipinski led the House of Representatives in passage of H.Res 51, honoring the contributions of Catholic Schools, on January 23, 2007 with a vote of 428 to 0.
