After William and Mary cut the lead to 28-17 on an 18-yard pass play from Campbell to Musinski with 12:12 left in the third quarter, the Hens came right back when Bennett capped an 80-yard drive with a one-yard dive.
After William and Mary followed with a 31-yard field goal by Greg Kuehn, his second of the game, Delaware answered again, going 80 yards on three plays as Hall hit Brian Ingram on a 56-yard pass and Jenkins scored from nine yards out for a 41-20 lead with 13:17 left.

As TEPPCO moves into the fourth quarter of 1999, an increase in propane deliveries is expected with the onset of cooler weather, along with continued strong deliveries of distillates and jet fuel.
Gross margin for the crude oil segment in the quarter was $10.2 million on crude marketing volumes of approximately 253,000 barrels per day, transportation volumes of crude oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs) of approximately 105,000 barrels per day, and lube oil volumes of approximately 763,000 gallons per month.
Operating expenses for the 1999 third quarter totaled $35.2 million, compared with $27.9 million for the 1998 third quarter, which did not include any expenses for the crude oil segment.

The semifinals are set, with William and Mary (11-2) facing James Madison, which edged host Furman, 14-13.  Montana rolled to a 47-17 home victory over New Hampshire and will face Sam Houston, which rallied from a 20-point deficit late in the third quarter to stun Eastern Washington, 35-34, on the final play of the game.
Delaware built a 31-10 halftime lead behind Omar Cuff, who ran for 171 yards and two touchdowns.  After a scoreless third quarter, William and Mary was sparked by Steve Cason’s 62-yard interception return for a TD.
