  Anti-Masonic Examples: Bill Schnoebelen
Ostensibly Schnoebelen was a Mason for 8-9 years - depending on which of his references you use and thus was a Mason in 1980 (1984 when he was 'saved' minus 8 or 9 years means he joined in 1975 or 1976.
Schnoebelen - as we saw above - claimed to have been a Mormon at the time he was 'saved' (in 1984) and yet as this quote shows, he is claiming to be a Wiccan, notwithstanding another of his quotes that he was a 'witch' before being a Mormon.

William Schnoebelen - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Schnoebelen said that because of the changes made during the Second Vatican Council and the so called 'hypocrisy' of the Catholic clergy at his seminary, he began looking for other paths of faith.
However, Schnoebelen and Decker's claims are spurious in several prominent areas: to become a Wiccan High Priest in such a short time as Schnoebelen claims is a feat that much of the Wiccan community considers impossible (or at least highly improbable).
Schnoebelen has also reputedly claimed to have ordained women while he was a Roman Catholic bishop[7].

William ('Bill') Schnoebelen is an American Fundamentalist Christian who claims that he was once a Satanist.
By his account, Schnoebelen became a Fundamentalist Christian in 1984[3] (http://www.withoneaccord.org/store/Biography.html) after reading a Jack Chick tract; he has subsequently become a friend of Chick and is sometimes cited in Chick's tracts.
Among other things, Schnoebelen has also reputedly claimed to have ordained women as a Roman Catholic bishop[9] (http://www.utlm.org/newsletters/no67.htm), and to have become a high priest in four different Wiccan traditions in just two years[10] (http://www.religioustolerance.org/chrw_int1.htm).

A Response to William Schnoebelen's Conversion to KJV Onlyism
Schnoebelen's misinterpretation of Matthew 5:22 in comparison with Mark 3:5 is not grounds for him to accuse the translators and publishers of the NIV and NASB of an "abomination." Again, he should be well aware of how easy it is to misuse the Bible.
Schnoebelen's concern well illustrates why later scribes (especially after the concept of the exaltation of Mary, her perpetual virginity, etc., came into vogue) expanded upon the original reading.

Schnoebelen initially claimed that in 1968 he was initiated into the Alexandrian tradition of Wicca by a woman in Boston who was herself initiated by Alex Sanders, the founder of this tradition.
Schnoebelen also claims "That summer [of 1973] my lady and I were also promoted to the High Priestly rank in the Druidic Craft of the Wise." The truth of this is that Schnoebelen obtained a certificate from a pseudo Wiccan group called the "Mental Science Institute".
Schnoebelen claim that he was a member of the Druidic Craft of the Wise in the early 1970's, is an obvious reference to his association with Taylor's group.
