		A will made according to the laws of a foreign country, which was the testator's domicile, may be proved in Illinois as to personalty only; and if made and proved in another state, an exemplified copy may be admitted to probate in Illinois, and affect reality as well as personalty.

		On 18 July 1930, Walter J. Cannady petitioned the Probate Court of Cook County, Illinois to be appointed conservator of the estate of Mary Cannady, who was described as "insane." At the time, her personal estate did not exceed $150.
