I was a student of Wilson College from 1955 to 1959 in Chemistry.
Wilson was the best part of my formative years and the faculty really took me under their wings.

MUMBAI: Sanskrit, the ancient Indian language that threatens to become Greek for most, has found a friend in the Bombay high court.
Justice D Y Chandrachud recently moved in to prevent the likely closure of the Sanskrit language department at the 150-year-old Wilson College in Mumbai.
The court also allowed the college to move the state to amend the rule requiring aminimum of 15 students to a batch to start a Sanskrit course to ensure that the department did not shut its doors to the few who do want to learn the grammar that Panini made famous through his monumental work.
