	Remarks for Bass Fishing Report for Winchester Lake, Connecticut on 7/4/03
		Word quickly got out about the state stocking Winchester with bass which opened the door to a perceived notion that the place was a "put and take" fishery.
		As far as the bass fishery in Winchester, it used to be an awesome big bass fishery.
		My largest bass from CT (9-5) came from Winchester, and there was one fall when they had the water level down about 6 feet for dam repairs that I caught at least one fish over 6 every single time I went.
