Windsor and Eton Central railway station is one of two railway stations in the town of Windsor, Berkshire, England - the other being Windsor and Eton Riverside railway station.
It is thought that the spur link was built for Queen Victoria 's convenience travelling between Windsor Castle and London.
The station is served by local services operated by First Great Western Link to and from Slough.

Windsor is dominated by it's castle which dates back to 1068 it sits above the town on a hill and can be seen from quite a distance and although it gives Windsor an ancient image the town itself has some very modern amenities catering for both visitors and residents.
